The Allen Family has called the Kispiox Valley home for five generations and couldn’t be happier to share it with you. Bear Claw Lodge is a family-run labor of love, with nearly all members of the Allen family continuing to play a role in the lodge and surrounding community. For them, it’s truly personal and they wouldn’t have it any other way.

It’s normal for Gene Allen to pick you up at the airport, Joy to greet you at the front door, and Kaleigh to amaze you with locally sourced cuisine. You’ll find Jim running the fishing outfitter and Shannon working on environmental programs and community relations. You’ll see them all doing a little bit of everything else to make sure your stay in their home is one you won’t soon forget.

You’ll quickly realize there are a lot of things that make Bear Claw Lodge a truly different experience. But, above all, what makes it so special is that strangers quickly become friends, and everyone is treated like family.
